I am dedicated to my clients and ethical along every step. I take pride in helping people and it is why I love my work. I am extremely satisfied in the knowledge that I have played an important role in the lives of the families I have assisted. I work extremely hard so that my clients are very well represented, which translates to more money in their pockets.
Before real estate, I attended Simon Fraser for a degree in Criminology (pre-law) and then left to start and build an Internet marketing company that I ran successfully for ten years. I have extensive marketing and sales experience that lends itself directly to marketing various real estate with a distinct competitive edge.
My further experience in real estate, combined with my love for negotiation and a thorough knowledge of the White Rock real estate market, enables me to offer the highest caliber of advocacy, guidance and assistance. I came out of licensing in the top of my class and I consistently take courses, compulsively study the market and seek outside sources to make sure I am completely aware of all real estate developments.
I listen closely to my buyers and sellers and I am very effective in helping my clients achieve their unique goals. My sharp analytical ability is balanced with a warm sense of humour and a down-to-earth approach. My clients get the best of both worlds - I am good natured and accommodating, while remaining results-oriented and thorough.
My objectives are simple. Get the best deal in the shortest period of time possible, listen to my clients and make the entire process as smooth and stress free as possible. I am a firm believer that everything that I do effectively is built on the foundation of hard work.
